My Why

Jessica began her Mary Kay business in December 2009.  She taught Kindergarten and 1st grade for 8 years.  Then she had her son and he was way too cute for daycare, so she decided to be a stay-at-home mom.  After staying home she felt like she needed more for herself and was looking for a way to get out of the house and make a little extra money.  She really just wanted to prove that Mary Kay did not work.  Jessica gave Mary Kay her hard work ethic and she quickly realized that she was moving up and making a lot more money than she expected. 

One year after ordering her Starter Kit, Jessica debuted as a Sales Director.  Only 2 years later Jessica and her unit earned their 4th free car the Pink Cadillac.  Jessica was a Triple Crown director earning all 3 new director challenges her first year along with her first bumble bee on the Queens Court of Sharing.   Jessica was the Diaz Area Rookie of the Year in 2012 and led her team to the $350,000 unit club her first full year as a director.  In 2013 she led her team to over $550,000 unit club and earned her 2nd diamond bumble bee.  Jessica’s unit is the #7 Unit in South Carolina this year!  She just debuted her fifth offspring Sales Director making her an Executive Senior Sales Director.  Jessica’s highest commission check for one month has been $11,500.

Jessica is most proud of her family.  She is so thankful that Mary Kay has allowed her the flexibility to be a stay at home mom while also making an executive income.  Jessica loves the philosophy of this company, faith first, family second and career third.  Jessica’s goal is to empower women to reach their dreams and she plans to carry on Mary Kay Ash’s original goal of enriching women’s lives with this business opportunity.
